Kaylee is a warm and empathetic psychologist who holds general registration with AHPRA. She aims to create a safe space to work with people to make meaningful changes in their life, focusing on their personal goals and values. Kaylee’s approach emphasises the development of a strong therapeutic relationship where she works collaboratively with individuals to combine knowledge to achieve positive outcomes.
Kaylee enjoys working with people across all ages and from diverse backgrounds. Having previously worked in a rural clinical practice, Kaylee has gained experience working with people with a range of concerns, including; depression, anxiety, personality disorders, body image, relationship issues, workplace issues, and trauma.
Kaylee’s approach is client-centred, integrating a range of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She works with individuals to tailor treatment plans to address their personal concerns, adjusting and re-evaluating treatment goals as therapy progresses.
In her spare time, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her partner, dog and guinea pigs; travelling; doing CrossFit; and getting competitive with board games.
