Join our waitlist

Due to high demand for our services, our practice operates a waitlist system for new clients.  If you wish to be placed on our waitlist please complete your details in the form below. See our Meet the Team page for clinician approximate wait times.

Waitlist requests must be submitted by the prospective client (or parent/carer if under 16, however, name and date of birth must be that of the prospective client).

To assist our team to match you with a suitable clinician, please provide a reason for appointment:

You will be contacted by a member of our Client Relations Team when we are able to offer you an appointment.

Please note we do not offer crisis care, and do not have capacity to take on urgent referrals. If you require urgent care, please contact 000 or present to the Emergency Department of your local hospital, or contact your GP for other alternatives.
